NPR Weakened Edition by Steve Bhaerman

Dear Friends, please g o * g l e the article by Steve Bhaerman -"Npr Weakened Edition".

It is a very eloquent article about a critically important topic and I strongly encourage you to read it and forward to others ... especially those who might have influence and those who might not be aware of this stuff.
In case you have never heard of "Swami Beyondananda"  ...  He is a humorist author and not a real "Swami". ..

"Steve Bhaerman is author and humorist and also known by his cosmic comic alter ego Swami Beyondananda (wakeuplaughing.com). He is also author with Bruce Lipton of the paradigm-busting book, Spontaneous Evolution: Our Positive Future and a Way to Get There From Here. "

Natural Cumin & Coriander Condiment

Mix equal portions of organic cumin powder with organic coriander seed powder and perhaps a little natural salt to taste.  This can be sprinkled on almost anything to give your taste buds a "WOW!" experience.  You can also make a paste to spread by adding a little olive oil and/or sesame oil and spread it on your sandwich.  It goes amazingly well with cheese, peanut butter (without the oil) and any vegetarian sandwich.  It can be sprinkled on salad, veggies, potatoes, rice or pasta.  Enjoy!

COCONUT OIL -

5/9/2013

Why is Coconut oil good for you?  It was previously believed that coconut oil might be bad for your health because the the high saturated fat content.  Now we better understand that about half the fats in coconut oil are medium-chain fatty acids and not the "bad fats", (the long-chain fatty acids) that are believed to contribute to high bad cholesterol levels.

Of course, it's still important to have a balanced diet with the right amount of healthy fat.  Now that I've done some research on all the amazing benefits of coconut oil, I will be trying it in my cooking and some of my topical preparations!

Feel free to contact me if you have questions!  I love to help!  AuntSareens.com

7 Doves Waiting For Answers

1/9/2011

This morning (Sunday January 8, 2011) I counted 7 doves, 1 miniature dove, a tiny bird and one squirrel.  I also saw more than one chemtrail in the sky, for the second day in a row.

I'm hoping for a response from my contact at the Audubon Society tomorrow.  I will certainly let you know if I receive any conclusive answers or useful information.

Many Blessings

Etymology of Wholistic

11/3/2010

Dear Peter,

Thanks so much for your comment!  I'm so glad you like the fragrance that I made for you!

Holistic and Holy both derive from the word that means "Whole" as in healthy, complete, pure, unviolated, etc.

Here's an excerpt from the etymology dictionary online:

"The English word holy dates back to at least the 11th Century with the Old English word hālig, an adjective derived from hāl meaning whole and used to mean 'uninjured, sound, healthy, entire, complete’. The Scottish 'hale' (health, happiness and wholeness.) is the most complete modern form of this Old English root. The modern word 'health' is also derived from the Old English hal. As “wholeness”, holiness may be taken to indicate a state of religious completeness or perfection. The word holy in its modern form appears in Wyclif's Bible of 1382."

And here's some about the word holistic:

"1926, coined, along with holism, by Gen. J.C. Smuts (1870-1950), from Gk. holos "whole" (see safe (adj.)). In reference to the theory that regards nature as consisting of wholes. "

It makes sense that the word appears in the dictionary spelled both ways.
